Do you have a "No Hassle Refund" or "Easy Returns" Policy? YES


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

 

How are you able to provide such affordable prices?

We simply work direct with manufacturers, distributors, clearance warehouses, designers, craftsman and artisans. We bypass the middleman.  We also don't have huge retail space where we pay high rent or spend lots of money on a huge advertising budget. 

 

When are orders filled?

Orders are filled within 48 hours of being received.

 

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, we deliver through USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL which provide tracking of your order. All tracking numbers and information are provided in 4 - 10 days of purchase.

 

How long does delivery take?

US orders ship by e-packet, which is a US postal service product. US orders usually take between 12 and 20 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.

Worldwide orders ship by EMS. International orders most often take between 15 and 25 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 40 days depending on where you are in the World. Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, Worldwide orders can take in excess of 40 days to arrive.

 

How often are products updated or changed?

Our store products are updated every 6-8 weeks. We are constantly getting new products to enhance your style. Many of our items sell quickly, so shop today because that sought after item may not be there tomorrow.

Yes, we offer absolutely FREE world wide delivery.
